35. How do they treat the things their friends come to them excited about?
He loves his friends deeply. He cares for them and what they have to say. He is the kind where it doesn’t seem like he’s listening, but then he’ll surprise them with a gift related to whatever thing they’re excited about. He will do research as well into the thing so he has smth to say the next time the topic is brought up. He may not like the thing as much as his friend, but he will let them info dump cause he loves them
36. Do they actively seek romance, or do they wait for it to fall into their lap?
He never really gave much thought into romance, so the relationship he’s in rn kinda just happened. He was just at the tavern one day, alone, when a woman invited him to her table, then they just kinda hit it off. She later introduced him to her friend, which is when he learned he was very bi. The three are now in a poly relationship. Sen dating both, and the friends stayed friends, if not becoming closer friends.
37. Do they have a system for remembering names, long lists of numbers, things that need to go in a certain order (like anagrams, putting things to melodies, etc)?
He actually has a very good memory, always have. He probably was able to train his mind to do that cause he needs it for work. Can’t leave a schedule of your assassinations at your last marks house, ya know?
38. What memory do they revisit the most often?
Finding his son. It was the first time he failed an assassination in a major way. It was a big turning point in his life, flipped his mindset a bit. Sen was hired by a lord to kill their bastard child, along with the parent. When he got there, the parent was dead already, self poisoned, but the child was still alive in the cradle. He looked at his face, and smth just clicked in his brain. Next thing Sen knew, he was running through the forest, being chased by guards, holding this child he couldn’t kill to a safe place.
39. How easy is it for them to ignore flaws in other people?
Relatively easily. He understands everyone has their vices and flaws. He just can’t ignore them if it is a detriment to his or someone he cares for safety. Also if it were to get in the way of a job he needs done. He does get onto his brother about his flaws a bit, such as the laziness, but I think that’s more of an older brother wanting the best for their siblings thing.
40. How sensitive are they to their own flaws?
He’s aware he isn’t as sensitive as he could be, and it never really bothered him. He is just a product of his home after all. But ever since he’s started making meaningful relationships outside family and work, he is trying to open up more and be a better person. His partners aren’t in the same field of work as him, so they are helping him adapt better to normal socially accepted behaviours. He also is changing for his son.
