arts in 🇸🇬 (Part II)
Labour Day 2024.
After lunch at Rasapura Masters, Mon Z Fonti and I headed to the Art Science Museum (my first visit since the venue opened in 2011).
We were greeted by some lotus blooms near the Level 1 entrance.[A]
Proceeded to Basement 2 Ticketing, only to find out that Future World tickets had been snapped up.
Nonetheless, we decided to view another touring exhibition at Level 3, photos taken are below.
Exhibit #1 had something to do with fashion in film,[B] after which another exhibit was on the costumes employed in the movie ‘Orlando’.[C]
Managed to catch part of a short Malay Film in the middle of the exhibition, while seated for a rest.
Towards the end of the exhibition, viewed an exhibit with ‘wuxia’ theme.[D]
*Gospel conversation*
No surprises, as expected from a secular attraction. Nonetheless, enjoyed the afternoon outing on a public holiday, with a bonus ‘partial’ viewing of the 1929 film ‘Piccadilly’ at Level 4, complete with wireless headphones (:
After leaving the museum, I learnt from my friend that Filipinos usually conversed in a mixture of English, Tagalog and Spanish, and made mention of the Bible written in ‘Taglish’ to him.
