Only 1 more day until GoT Season 7!!!! I can't believe it finally continues, I'm beyond excited! Today it is time for my second favourite character of the show, and it is Jaime. In my opinion, Jaime Lannister is one of the most complex characters of the show and one of the characters who went through the most character development. He started out as this super arrogant asshole and everyone immediately hated him when he pushed Bran out of the window. And then slowly, as he was captured and away from home, you get to see other sides of him and get a glimpse of his soul and who he actually truly is and wants to be, namely a knight with true values and honour. Something everyone denied him to have after killing the Mad King. With meeting Brienne he experienced an essential turning point I feel. I just love Jaime so much whenever he is out in the world and away from Cersei and I hate him when he is with his twin sister. I feel like Cersei brings out the absolute worst in him while when her influence is gone he is more who he actually is. I feel like, to really free himself from the bad influence of his sister, he needs to kill her, especially since she now seems to be the new mad queen. That is my theory no. 1 by the way and I hope it comes true (I guess everyone knows the Valonquar theory). I just hope he doesn't kill himself right afterwards... it would be such a shame. But since this deep, poisonous connection to Cersei is so strong and something I think no one really understands, who knows... I just really hope he will be able to be true to who he really is.
