ohmygod, I love the merman AU you just wrote XD but can I just have one question? you wrote another merman short fic not long ago. so this one is a sequel? I don't think this new one and the other one are connected (?) seems like this new fic can be a standalone story really.

all of the fics tagged under “merfolk au” are within the same technical “storyline” as far as the universe goes, but yeah they’re all just different parts of one big whole thing basically. there’s not a real thread connecting them (and i don’t know if i’ll actually do a lengthy fic for it ever) so it’s more like drabbles for an au i like writing for. thank you for enjoying it so much!!

You might have answered this before, but what happened to all of your cosplay/crossplay posts?

Sorry for the very late reply. I hope you don’t mind if I publish my answer, because,yeah, many others have asked this question, so in the future if someone asks again, I will just tag them in this post. 

This blog (sendouakira) is my new blog (this is the latest one, I have others similar blogs like sendou_akira, sendouakira7) and I don’t post cosplay/crossplay on these blogs. In fact, I no longer post cosplay/crossplay stuff anymore. Yeah, I know that this blog confused a lot of people because I used the same name, the same avatar, same theme and even the same head cover as I did for the old one OTL. I am very sorry. 

The truth is all of my cosplay/crossplay posts are still there, but now that blog is not “sendouakira” but Kizuka Chiba. Now, there are 2 people managing that blog( one is Chiba and another one is Lee. Both Lee and Chiba are active on Tumblr, if you need anything, just send them an ask). I told them to make a post announcing new owners of that blog, but I think they were not familiar with Tumblr at that time, so they only changed the description and thought everyone would see it. 

I see that you are still following my old blog (now with the name Kizuka Chiba), and you will see that all of my posts from May 2011 to October 2012 are still there (early October 2012, I stopped posting already though). 

I know that Chiba and Lee run that blog differently than I did (our styles of posting are very different too as a lot of my followers pointed out). I don’t think they do stuff like short news on cosplayers/crossplayers, new cosplay album releases of prominent cosplayers/crossplaers, or ”cosplay/crossplay critiques” (LOL). Before, many people followed me because what I did was that I would try to help them with their cosplay/crossplay photo shoot by giving them advises on things like what to do if you are a short girl  but want to crossplay big tall guys, which angle is the best for that particular expression, appropriate location for your photo shoot,etc. I don’t think Lee and Chiba do this, which is too bad.

Even though I no longer post cosplay/crossplay stuff, I still…uhm, know a lot of about this business (not trying to boast here lol). So if you are a cosplayer, and would like to hear my opinion about your cosplays, feel free to send me an ask. I am still available to do this kind of things. Or even, things like you want to know who this cosplayer is in the picture but there is no credit on the post, I might be able to help you.

why did Toushi really cut his hair?

You know, Sorachi hasn't revealed exactly why. My guess is he cut it when he left Mitsuba and that old life behind. One of those “starting fresh” or “starting over” sort of things. Or he's a dumbass and got his sword caught in his hair at some point. Or maybe it was Sougo who cut it, who knows! Really hoping that that will be one of the things addressed in the upcoming movie or in future episodes.
