Junior Senior - Move Your Feet (Official music video, HD)
Found out that the guy who voices King Raul
Also voiced this guy,
Everyone’s favorite Senior Junior!!!
So now I jus think of young Raul courting Lucia like
And then to further this idea, if Alonso and Shuriki are Kuzco and Yzma, than Carla and Victor are Dr. D and Shego.
Senior Junior and the Little Lost Princess
Akane's heart palpitated quickly in her chest. She made an effort to keep her mouth closed so as not to hyperventilate, but the adrenaline wouldn't leave no matter how determined she was to stay calm. Instead, her nostrils flared and her eyes turned bright. She was the spirit of determined youth.
"It's probably this way," She announced in a clipped tone that sounded higher than her usual. As she spoke, she gestured to a stairwell.
Was she in a castle dungeon? A desperate prison in need of escape?
No.
This was a high school. Its halls were lined with insidious lockers. At the moment, however, it was nearly vacant. All the other students had departed at least an hour ago, and the only ones required to stay were freshmen. Except for the young man at Akane's side, who could've even passed for a college student. The tall boy with dark curls in his hair and a gleam in his eye that suggested he was wiser than he looked. He was the reason Akane's heart continued to tell her something exciting was about to happen.
But how did it come to this? The two of them alone in an empty corridor?
An hour earlier, Akane had attended the school orientation with her classmates. She'd sat in the circle and waited for the guide, a senior student, to start. But before she began, this older boy, much too mature to be a freshman, took a seat beside Akane. She stared at him openly, curious as to his reason for attending an orientation meant for new kids. Once she realized he'd noticed her, she blurted out:
"I'm Akane. Welcome."
She had to say something. He replied that his name was Junior with an amused look. Akane was spared the embarrassment of answering him because the tour started. But when they stopped by the library, Akane claimed that she had to use the bathroom. By then the nerves were twisting so badly in her stomach that she just needed a moment to think. When she emerged, everyone was gone except for Junior. A book appeared to have caught his eye.
And now they were lost.
"They're probably going floor by floor, so if we go in the stairwell we'll be able to hear them," Akane deduced, telling her flustered heart to cool off.
Back to School
Well its beginning April, my classes started, the cherry blossoms have bloomed and fallen etc. So what am I going to write about today? It's about this weird thing they have in Japan called 'Senpai' (Senior) and 'Kohai'. Since I am in 3rd year now, and I can take classes where there are underclassmen the first few days is very weird.
Well, let me first explain what kind of role 'senpai' and 'kohai' plays in Japanese society. 'Senpai' is someone who is older or a upperclassmen and 'kohai' is the follower, underclassmen or someone younger. The way you treat your 'senpai' is very important in Japan and if one does not do that right one is looked at as a weird person.
So, this little incident happened few days ago where I was in a Futsal class at school and most of the guys did not really acknowledge me until they asked me my year, I replied "3rd year" and they all started to bow their heads. I felt very weird because of their change in behaviour. Why the sudden change?
As much as I respect that aspect in Japanese culture I still do not agree in the sudden change of attitude, my way of thinking is that I will treat everyone the same way, being polite and respectful regardless with the others age of school year. Why was I not acknowledges until I reviled the fact that I was older than them? Why does the attitude change so much before and after? Cant this 'Sempai' 'Kohai' be more equal so that there is no gap?
