The Orang Asli, or "original people" in malay language, are considered the first inhabitants of the Malaysia, they are divided in various group based on their ethinc origins and languages.. This man is the "marketing man" of the Semai, A Senoi Orang Asli Sub Group , in the Cameron Highlands. Everyone in Cameron Highlands told me that in 10 years there will be no more Asli as we know them, the Orang Asli in this very region are all joining the malay culture and abbandoning their habits. Other tribes in Peninsula and Borneo(like Betek/Negritos) are trying to stay more true to their origins.
