@senselessyears -- GREETER.
Well, you know. Sometimes these things happen. Sometimes your melting brain with all its bright white spots of nerve damage up and down your spine makes these things happen. You’ve got a doppelganger in your restaurant and you’re seeing things in the feverish haze of multiple sclerosis-imposed absurdity, and that’s fine, because it isn’t real. You’ve been combating reality as soon as you were old enough to differentiate it from your dreams. And sometimes it flickers and shifts and you have to remain normal, because you’re in public.
Romeo smiles at the non-Romeo look-alike that’s wandered into his restaurant, and he blinks rapidly. Then he gives him a bright, red-lipped superstar grin and extends the menu.
“Well, hello there, handsome.”
