OpenRP: Papillon Noir Club
There is a night club has been all the rage recently.
Simply called the "Papillon Noir Club," this place is known for its scandalously clad women dressed in nothing but electric body tape and for its dark and neon light aesthetics.
There was one time the distributed key cards at selected pubs and bar saloons. There was another time, its door appeared in specific places in various cities.
Either way, once you arrive, you'll have once heck of a night.

By Accident: You some stumbled into the nightclub and find the entrance lobby.
Keycard-Access: You were able to get your hands on the keycard and enter at a pub or a bar saloon.
Finding the Door: You were able to find a door to the nightclub and enter the entrance lobby.
