Seojun Marcus Wayne
Also known as:
Gryffindor Chaser, professional cat magnet, and Hogwarts’ most intimidating looking sweetheart.
Some facts about him —
✦ Part English, part Korean, raised in central London by his parents.
✦ Muggle-born, which makes his magical enthusiasm very genuine.
✦ Comes from a fairly wealthy family, but you’d never guess because he spends most of his allowance on pastries and cat treats.
✦ A Chaser for the Gryffindor Quidditch team.
Extremely athletic, absurd stamina…
…but also weirdly clumsy on the ground.
He’s constantly showing up to class with:
* bandages
* bruised knuckles
* or a neck wrap from a “minor Quidditch incident.”
✦ Looks intimidating.
Sharp eyes, serious expression, permanent resting “don’t talk to me” face.
In reality he is painfully polite and extremely soft-hearted. [just very reserved]
✦ **Very shy**, but people assume he’s being mysterious and brooding.
He’s actually just standing there thinking:
> “Did I leave snacks for Marnie this morning?”
✦ Sweet tooth.
This cannot be emphasized enough.
If someone mentions a bakery three villages away he will immediately ask:
> “How far by broom?”
And he will go.
✦ Ultimate cat dad.
He has an orange tabby named Marnie, whom he absolutely adores.
He speaks to her like she’s royalty.
> “Marnie, you’re the most dignified creature I’ve ever met.”
She does not acknowledge him.
✦ He picks up every cat he sees.
Not just at Hogwarts —
hamlets, villages, random courtyards, anywhere.
He may or may not have accidentally created a small cat following because he’s always carrying treats in his pocket.
People have literally seen three or four cats trailing behind him across the grounds.
✦ Renn constantly has to stop him.
“Seo this is the fifth time this week.
You cannot adopt every cat you find.”
“But this one looks lonely.”
“No.”
“…Awh.”
*He carries it anyway.*
✦ Doesn’t have a huge friend group because his face makes him look like a grouch.
In reality he’s just quiet and socially awkward.
Once you talk to him he’s extremely gentle and attentive.
✦ Basically a housecat in human form.
* sleepy 24/7
* naps in sunlit windows
* curls up in common room chairs
* always warm somehow
✦ Low-key himbo energy, but in the most lovable way.
Not dumb — just terrible at reading social cues.
Which happens when you spend most of your free time talking to cats and kneazles.
Always carries cat treats in his coat pocket. Started as “just in case,” now it’s basically standard equipment.
Terrible at saying no to animals.
People have watched him fully stop mid-conversation because a cat walked by.
Very good at braiding or brushing fur (learned from taking care of Marnie).
Always smells faintly like sugar and broom polish after Quidditch practice.
Falls asleep in the Gryffindor common room armchairs with a book open on his chest and at least one cat nearby.
Does the quiet head-tilt thing when someone talks to him, like he’s trying to understand them the same way he studies animals. [He’s like 6’2 so he often bends down to talk to people, tree problems smh]
— The greenest flag imaginable.
At hogwarts, people have started rumours about him being being a vampire, cause he—
prefers dim lighting
ALWAYS shows up to breakfast late
looks tired but still wins Quidditch matches???
has that quiet predatory focus during games/LOCKS IN
In reality however,
He’s not a vampire,
He’s just a sleepy head who stays up till 3am either playing with his cat or studying while eating pastries.
