You were walking down the aisle, looking side by side. Your white dress was flowing against you. You had flowers in your hand, bright daisies. You remembered it like it was yesterday, the day you met your cute boyfriend. A beautiful spring day, when flowers were blooming and trees were beginning to regrow their leaves. He happened to bump into you, forgetting where he was in the moment. You both apologized to each other and ended up getting each other’s phone numbers. You learned that his name was Seongmin and that he was just on his way home when he met you. You smiled, texting him more as you both became friends. Soon you moved in with him as you both started getting closer. During the spring, he walked with you to the same place he met you at and asked to date you. After that, you both became almost exact copies of each other, always knowing what you wanted, what he liked, but both of you so in love with each other. You never regretted meeting him, never looked back on such a man. It was to call him yours.
”Ahn Seongmin! Ahn Seongmin!” He snapped out of his daze and looked around, there you both were, standing in the juice aisle, a mango juice in his hand. “Seongmin, that’s not the juice we need.” He felt his face heat up in embarrassment. “Ah, sorry about that honey!” You looked at him in confusion but shrugged your shoulders. “If you don’t stop daydreaming, I won’t hesitate to sell this ring.” He looked down at the ring on your finger, a nice opal one, matching his. “Yes, honey I won’t!” He walked along with you, making sure to be in the moment with you.
Hope you liked it!! This is my way of getting your attention…….
a/n: my first longer fic on this acc aaaahhhh i'm so stressed abt posting it you can't even imagine. as always, i'm sorry for any mistakes, english is not my first language ^^ and also, this is part 1 of a mini mini series of some sort soooo idk i hope it's not as bad as i think it is T-T
words: 1.2k
warnings: a few swear words, nothing else besides that ??
genre: fluff, non-idol, high school!au
seongmin sat down at his assigned place, a small smile still resting on his lips as he took the books out of his bag. your eyes were immediately drawn to him; as they always did, every single time he was in your eyesight.
it was no secret that you had a crush on ahn seongmin, from the very first moment he entered your math class at the beginning of freshman year. and your best friend, taeyoung, realized it straight away. it wasn't hard at all, though; just one look at your face after any smallest conversation with him was enough.
you were completely lost in your thoughts, and that's exactly when he turned in your direction, a troubled look on his face.
"do you have a pen to spare, maybe?" he said, flashing you a small smile "i think i forgot to take my pencil case, and i definitely need notes from this class."
without a second thought, you quickly offered him the pen in your hand; a pastel pink one with a small cat figure on top of it smiling brightly in his direction.
"here you go" you said, handing him the pen. "you can give it back to me after classes are finished."
seongmin stopped himself from mumbling 'cute' under his breath, not knowing if he truly meant the pen or its owner. instead, he whispered out a quick thank you and turned back in his direction, in perfect timing as the teacher entered the classroom.
when the lesson already started, you quickly looked to the side to see taeyoung looking your way, a suspicious smile on his face as he wiggled his brows. obviously he just had to catch the small interaction between you and seongmin, and now he wasn't going to let you live it down.
you ignored your friend's actions, and tried to focus on what the teacher was saying. that is, of course, until you got a text from taeyoung.
stupid mf 3000: you do know that your face is all red
you look like someone splashed a tomato on your face
you: shut up
focus on the class
you saw him stick out his tongue in your direction, and you did the exact same, before turning your attention back to whatever was on the whiteboard in front of you.
the class went on pretty fast, if ignoring the obvious fact that you haven't understood half of the things your teacher was saying. still, you didn't worry about that too much; you could ask your friend to tutor you later after school, and now it was time for lunch break.
and you really didn't want to spend 20 minutes worrying about math.
you sat down next to taeyoung, who was already very invested in a conversation with his friend, hyeongjun, sitting across from him. you pinched him in the arm, getting his attention in an instant, along with an overdramatic 'ouch' leaving his lips.
"did you understand anything from today's class?" you asked, taking out lunch you've bought on your way to school. taeyoung looked at you, tilting his head to the side.
"if you're asking me to tutor you, no i won't" he said, deciding to mess with your hair "i already have plans tonight."
you looked at him, rolling your eyes.
"kim taeyoung, you never have plans. don't try to fool me."
"oh, but i do!" he said, putting his hands up in a defensive manner "hyeongjun can back me up on that one."
"he begged me to go watch the minions with him" hyeongjun explained, his words making you sigh. "so yeah. surprisingly, he's not lying."
"what do you mean surprisingly? did i ever lie to you?" taeypung asked, hand on his chest, pretending he's deeply offended by the the other boy's words. they started bickering about that, but you paid no attention to their pointless arguing.
taeyoung was stupid, that was for sure, but not when it came to math. of course, he didn't understood some stuff but still, he was surprisingly good. he was the only reason you haven't failed your math classes; and to hear he wasn't able to tutor you today was a huge problem for you.
"kim taeyoung, i can't believe you're putting my life at risk over some stupid minion movie" you said, stopping whatever taeyoung and hyeongjun were doing at this point. "who's gonna tutor me now?"
"i can do that."
your eyes turned to the direction of the familiar voice, and were greeted with the face of ahn seongmin, who suddenly seemed to appear at the table. he sat down next to hyeongjun, a small smile on his face as he looked at you, awaiting an answer.
you looked towards taeyoung, his eyes basically begging for you to say yes, and that's when you really realized what was happening.
ahn seongmin, the boy you've been crushing on since the beginning of high school, just suggested that he can tutor you.
and saying no was like throwing away a lottery ticket.
"i would love to." you said, trying to sound as calm and collected as you could. but truth be told, you were freaking out inside; and unbeknownst to you, seongmin was stressed out, too. but he still didn't exactly knew why was that. "if that's not a problem, of course."
"dude, are you sure you wanna do this?" taeyoung spoke up, receiving a deathly glare from you "she can't stop complaining when doing math, your ears are gonna fall off."
seongmin seemed to ignore taeyoung's comment, though, as he quickly took his phone out of the pocket of his beige sweater; which you learned was one of his favorites. or at least you thought so, looking at how many times you've seen him wear it. he gave his phone to you.
"you can write your number there" he instructed, and you did as he said. "i'm gonna text you later so we can agree on where we'll meet up."
you gave him his phone back, the smile on your face growing with each second. seongmin put it back where it was originally placed, and stood up from the table.
"i have p.e now, so i guess i'll see you later." he said, waving all three of you goodbye as he exited the cafeteria.
and in that exact moment you covered your mouth, scared you might let out a scream of excitement so loud that all the windows will break.
"y/n's going on a date!" taeyoung almost shouted, a big smile on his face "well, now you can't fuck it up, stupid. it's your big chance."
you only managed to nod as an answer, even though you would usually tell him that 'it's not a date, you dumb fuck, were just going to study'. leaving the cafeteria, you heard a ding from your phone, taking it out of your bag to see what the notification was.
unknown number: hi, it's seongmin! we can meet up at 6pm next to the lacrosse field
there's a new cafe not far from there, i heard they have amazing cakes ^^
you smiled to yourself, quickly writing an answer as you entered the classroom.
Seongmin was a little bit shy to sleep at Y/N's place for the first time. He's been blushing since he came to her. She was in the bathroom, trying to calm her down in the mirror. She was shy too. Her footsteps slowly approached the bedroom where Seongmin lay in the bed. He smiled at her cute pink pajamas with little peaches.
"I want those pajamas too! They're adorable," Seongmin pointed at her, making Y/N giggle. She lay down next to him. The awkward silence engulfed the two of them. If anyone dropped the pin on the ground, they would surely hear it fall to the ground.
"Uhm... good night, Seongmin?" Y/N asked nervously, looking at the white ceiling above her.
"Uhm... good night, Y/N," he said, leaning closer to her and kissing her on the cheek. Then he turned off the light, lying down on the back. After a few minutes in the dark, where neither of them closed their eyes, she broke the silence.
"Seongmin? Could you hold my hand, please?" she asked in a whisper. He didn't reply because he caught her hand as soon as possible, stroking her lightly as if it was the most fragile butterfly on the planet.
Plot: You have insisted so much on waiting until the exact moment for your boyfriend to blow his birthday candles but, was it a good idea?
A/N: Happiest birthday to my favorite little bunny ❤❤❤❤❤🤧🤧🤧 they grow up so fast and I'm sobbing 🤧🤧 keep being your amazing self because you're amazing little one ❤❤❤ Happy birthday Seongminnie! ❤🎂
P. S: Stan cravity as well, they deserve it too 🤧
The day has been perfect so far. You managed to convince the boys’ manager to let them have a free day today so you all could celebrate the baby’s birthday. And after doing all the cute things you wanted to do with Seongmin, it was the perfect moment to spoil your baby. He has never liked being babied though he wouldn’t complain if it was you the one babying him. He actually melted like ice placed in the sun whenever you called him cute pet names. Especially when you called him bunny and booped his nose where his cute mole was placed.
“Can’t I have my cake already?” Seongmin whined, knocking you out of your thoughts. “Babe it is only one minute left!” You said, looking at the watch placed on your wrist. “I just don’t understand why I have to wait until the exact moment when I was born to blow out my candles and eat my cake. You don’t do this to them.” Seongmin said, pouting and pointing at the rest of the boys who were cheerfully playing games. “Don’t blame us, you were the one falling in love with her.” Allen said, making everyone laugh. You knew you could sometimes be a bit too stubborn when you wanted to do things your own way and when that got mixed with being someone a bit too superstitious with some topics, you couldn’t help spreading your rituals and manners with the rest, especially with the boy that owned your heart.
“Okay! The minute has passed already, give me my cake.” Seongmin said impatiently, already looking around to find the box that contained his long.awaited birthday cake. “Okay, okay.” You said, giggling at how cute your boyfriend looked. You stood up from your spot on the little couch and went to the kitchen to get the said cake. Delicately, you placed a few candles with cute bunny shapes on the gorgeous and delicious cake and carefully carried it to the living room where everyone was waiting. “Finally I’m so-.” Seongmin started to say. Unfortunately, his excited sentence was cut off by a strong dump sound and the image before his eyes pierced his soul like a knife, making his blood boil in his veins. “Did you just drop my birthday cake?” He said with a monotonous voice, like he was dead. You tried your best to avoid his gaze and question but when everyone’s eyes were on you, you had no escape. “I’m sorry?” You quietly said, trying to calm your boyfriend now. “This is what happens when you wait until the exact hour.” He said, throwing himself back into the couch, a big pout appearing on his lips. “I’m sorry bunny, I’ll buy you another one.” You said, getting closer to him with a pout growing on your lips as well. “You’re lucky you’re cute.” He said, holding his pout for a bit more until you pecked his lips to remove the pout from both of your lips. He was right, you were lucky that you were cute, otherwise he wouldn’t have talked to you in the next 4 weeks.
“what the hell?!” you stared at Seongmin in pure confusion, he had just thrown a book across the room, letting it hit the wall nearly missing your figure. Seongmin was fuming “uh hello??! that was a special edition!” you rushed over to him, pushing him away from your bookcase.
Seongmin groaned in irritation, weirdly stalking across the room, curling his fingers and clenching his fist in frustration. you hesitantly walked over to him, forcing him to sit down by the shoulders. “what. happened?” you questioned the boy because what the hell causes someone to throw a book? “i’m sorry” he sighs, calming down hearing your soothing voice and concerned face. “there’s just another rumor going around and— it’s just so frustrating” he lets his head fall into your shoulder as you take a seat next to him. “oh...” you rubbed his back comfortingly “hey, you can’t let them get to you, they don’t know you. but i do, and you’re amazing you shouldn’t don’t care what antis say” you repeated what you heard Minhee tell Wonjin previously in the dorms a while back.
Seongmin takes deep breathes calming down listening to your advice “i’m sorry about your book by the way” his face reflects the guilt he feels. you smile understandingly “it’s alright” both of you laugh slightly “just next time maybe reach for the harry potter, because those are easily replaceable” Seongmin hides his smile dropping his head, he nods lacing his hands with yours. “i’ll buy you a new book” he gives in “would you!? that would be great, because i really didn’t want to say anything but that book is-“ seongmin ended your small rant short with a peck to your lips “yes, i’ll get you a new book”

Everyone with a uterus can attest that periods had to be the worst creation of whatever divine being was out there. From the physical pain and practical issues of continually shedding blood and lining for a week to the various other symptoms that accompany it, it was the worst time for people like you, and Seongmin knew it. In the past two years you’ve been together, Seongmin has slowly learned the cues that the time was coming, and all the little ways to make you feel better- physically and emotionally. That’s why he had invited you over for the weekend— they had a small break after promotions and he always preferred to be there for you when you needed him or didn’t feel 100%.
When you’d gotten to the form after your shift at your part-time job on Friday, he had automatically smothered you in a hug, wrapped you in his fluffiest blanket, plunked you on the softest part of the couch (after forcefully removing Taeyoung), and scampered off with the promise of cooking your favorite meal (though you noticed from your spot that Woobin seemed to be doing a majority of the work). Instead, you watched as Seongmin ran around like he’d lost his head, whispering to Woobin who shushed him with a soft smile. If there was one thing that the Cravity boys could agree on, it was how absolutely, devastatingly adorable the maknae is—and you had to agree. As tough as he sometimes acted with you, he really was whipped for you and was prepared to lay down his life, as dramatic as that sounded.
Taeyoung was playing a game on the television, which you watched while you two chatted, waiting for dinner to be done. As Taeyoung got an insanely good kill, your cramps ramped up, effectively folding you in half with a pained whine. You didn’t notice but Seongmin’s head instantly snapped in your direction, his eyes wide. He rushes to get you pain killers and a water bottle from the fridge, bringing them to your curled body.
“Here, honey, take these.” He coaxed you softly into a seated position again. Handing you the bottle and holding the pills out in the palm of his hand, his eyes gleamed with unrestrained worry as he raked them over your face and body. When he was satisfied that the pain pills were going to help, he smiled at you and tucked a strand of hair behind you ears. As he went to move back into the kitchen, you caught his sleeve in your fingertips, stopping him.
“Bunny.” Seongmin leaned closer, your voice flitting across the near-silence just strong enough for him to hear you.
“What, honey?” His eyes were always so soft for you— big and kitten-like and glossy with worry and affection that your heart always clenched when he looked at you.
“Hold me?” Seongmin glanced back towards the kitchen where Woobin was stirring food on the stove— you knew Woobin could finish dinner without Seongmin breathing down his neck. “Please.” That was all it took.
Knowing that in your moment of pain you wanted him, needed him close to you to feel better, filled Seongmin’s chest with warmth. How could he possibly say no when you looked so damn cute, all curled up and half hidden under the blankets?
In an instant, Seongmin was beside you on the couch, pulling your legs over his lap and wrapping his arm around your back so you would rest your head upon his shoulder. You closed your eyes, leaning yourself impossibly closer to his warmth, hands folded together and resting on your own lap but pressing softly against his lower abdomen— any way to get more contact. His fingers ran absent-minded patterns along the small of your back as he watched Taeyoung game, occasionally glancing down at your soft, dozing face.
Seongmin would never admit it to anyone—not even himself, at times— but when he was too busy to see you, these were the moments he missed the most. There was something about the purely innocent intimacy of it— giving each other the love and affection you both needed without having to move or speak. Little did he know, you felt the exact same way. You didn’t need crazy dates and extravagant displays of affection, you just needed to be there with him.
After another handful of minutes, Woobin lets you all know that dinner is done, going to wake or notify the other members who had spent the day off inside the dorm. Taeyoung paused his game in record time to race into the kitchen— your favorite meal happened to be one of him as well. You also went to stand, feeling like your stomach could eat itself any moment, however Seongmin pulls you back down into his lap.
Before you can respond, he’s pressing a soft kiss into the crown of your head—a tender action that brings flames to lick at your cheeks and ears. You look up at his cute face as he grins down at you, looking every bit like a bunny that you nicknamed him after. He leans forward to peck your nose, giggling at the way you crinkle your face in response.
“I love you, (Y/N).” Just when you think he can’t get any more perfect, he surprises you every time.
song inspo: not incorporated into the plot per se but invisible string really reminds me of seongmin. strong soulmate au energy <3

ahn seongmin was intimidating. not in the mean and obnoxious type of way. he was intimidating because he was just too perfect. he came to school at 7 am with what seemed like noontime energy and went home looking as good as he did in the morning. how was that even possible?
“he’s an honor student, too. top of his class.” your friend whispered to you as you put your trays down on the cafeteria table. you, on the other hand, were trying your best not to appear too obvious as you peered over at the far end of the room where seongmin sat, laughing with his classmates and a few upperclassmen.
“that’s not surprising.” you picked at your lunch distractedly. “doesn’t he go to a dance academy, too?”
“why are you asking about him, y/n?” your friend wiggled her eyebrows at you at which you just rolled your eyes. if anything, after hearing about him, you were enthusiastically asking about ahn seongmin because you wanted be him, not be with him.
“shut up. i just don’t want to look dumb. he’s my lab partner this year. the whole year! you know how anxious i get during lab.”
“lucky you. you can expect an A, then.” your friend stole a piece of meat from your plate and winked at you knowingly. it paid to have a friend who was in the same club as seongmin, but her teasing was really something else. you were worried she would tell him about your questions and he would end up getting the wrong idea.
“tch. hurry up so we can go to the lost and found.”
your plate empty after just a few mouthfuls, you shook the thoughts of ahn seongmin away and now thought about a lost item you’ve been searching for for a few days now. you dreaded the scolding you’d get from your mom if the said item stayed lost. yes, it was that serious. “…i must’ve left it in the gym somewhere.”
“good morning, y/n! aren’t you a bit too early today? i think you just set a personal record.” seongmin sat beside you on the front row of a still-empty laboratory, smiling and genuinely surprised at seeing you already solving equations and collecting lab equipment.
a few weeks of lab with him guaranteed you a new daily human vitamin and zero unnecessary stress from unproductive pair works. who knew you two were going to hit it off that quickly? he even treated you to an adorable street cafe a few times after class, saying you deserved it after working on your reports for two all-nighters in a row. in return, you would bring him your mother’s red bean rice cakes and ate them with him before class started. you still thought he was intimidating but that side of him only came out when he was immersed in work. otherwise, he really was effortlessly pleasant.
“seongmin, you arrive an hour before class. if i got here any later, you’d have finished all our remaining work by yourself.”
“so? you’ve worked hard enough.” he assured you and turned back to pull his notebook from inside his bag. “oh, before i forget. here!”
he pulled a smaller bag from inside his backpack and pushed it towards you, nudging you to open it. the bag was warm and the room started to smell heavenly as soon as you pulled on the bag’s zipper. why was he showing you his lunchbox?
“you eat these kinds of food, right? the left portion is kimchi fried rice with spam and there are meatballs on the right. ah, this bag was recommended by one of my hyungs. you know those things that make your food stay warm? lunch is still at 12 so that will probably be warm until then. oh, there’s soup inside the thermos, too. you don’t have to return the bag, okay? y/f/n told me you lost your lunchbox a few weeks ag—“
“she did what now?” you mentally cursed your friend for being such an over-sharer, but seongmin continued to explain his small gift, making you forget about anything else.
“she just mentioned it really! oh, i slipped in a few of those coffee candies somewhere inside there for when exams come. those really work for me. i hope they work for you, too, y/n.” he finished with a wide smile and quickly adjusted his spectacles.
“i know i’ve called you smart, but have i ever called you cute?” looking at the contents of the small lunchbox he brought, you can’t help but smile at how a lost item came back tenfold, with good food and a good friend to accompany it.
“…i don’t think so?” seongmin sat there, seemingly daring you to not say what you were about to say.
“well, then. i’m calling you cute right now. i can’t believe i ever thought you were scary.”
“pfft. i can be scary.” the shift in seongmin’s facial expression was convincing but still laughable now that you had a grasp of his personality.
“sure. let’s say that’s true.” you shoved a meatball into his mouth to block any of his retorts and your laughter echoed off the walls of the empty laboratory. school mornings with ahn seongmin truly were becoming the highlight of your sophomore year.
a/n: four fluff works in a row? i need me some heartbreak stat.

of course i’ll write something :D
i’m really glad that more people are starting to stan cravity. my brain is telling me to go with seongmin today, so let’s do it
p./s- sorry this is short :((
[1:45pm] “hiiii, sorry i missed your call earlier y/n, but minhee kept taking my phone and holding it above his head, until i literally jumped on him,” greeted seongmin in amusement. the both of you were facetiming, because seongmin had been busy practising all day.
“it’s okay babe, i hope you beat minhee’s ass for doing that ahaha. oh by the way, i’m in love with your new pink hair seongminie; it looks like cotton candy.”
“thank you cutie,” he replied, as he tilted his head and pouted, “but speaking of food, could you but me some food since i’m super duper tired from practise today? pleeeaaase y/nnnn?”of course you had to give in, no one could ever refuse this boy’s sweetness; “okay then, only because you’re the best boyfriend in whole wide world. i’ll see you after practice okay?”
“okie dokie, see you then y/n!!!” seongmin chirped. as you ended the call, all of the other members turned to seongmin with mirth clearly etched into their features. minhee was the one to begin the teasing match as he gasps, ““you don’t love me anymore?!? how could you speak about me like that? i thought we had something special.” seongmin just rolled his eyes, totally used to minhee’s irritating quips. however, this just opened the floodgates for everyone else to pipe up. allen fake cries, wiping a non-existent tear from his eye, “it makes you realise that they’re not babies anymore.” serim, woobin, hyeongjun and taeyoung are on the floor laughing at this point, although seongmin didn’t see what was so funny. “my widdol son is all gwown up,” wonjin taunts in a baby voice. “well clearly he’s grown up, since he’s ‘the best boyfriend in the whole wide world.’ that’s what y/n said didn’t she? HAHAHA,” mocks jungmo, as the eight boys howl with laughter at their annoyed youngest member. seongmin thanked the universe that practise was over, so he could go and rant to you about the humiliation that he was subjected to. he trudged towards the door, but spun around before he left and said with a smirk, “shut up, just because none of you idiots have ever been in love and you’ll be forever alone, doesn’t mean you have to take it out on me. now if you’ll excuse me, i’m going to see my beautiful significant other and eat lots of delicious food that none of you are getting even a whiff of.”
