All Google Search & SEO requests should be done in a public setting. 

Google's Gary Illyes, a webmaster trends analyst at Google who is designed to help around the communication between Google and webmasters said on Twitter a few weeks ago that "he does not provide private support". This does not indicate that he doesn't read your message but likely he did not follow up unless there is big issue.

As many of us know currently Google is supporting the Noscript workaround for images but it may decide to stop supporting it as well for images Martin Splitt stated recently from Google.
