Happy New Year! I wanted to draw a shrine maiden for this picture. Her name is Sachiko.

Hilda can talk to pokemon and N beats her in a battle where should she lose, she has to release her pokemon? What happens? :3c (this can be good or bad)

I finally get to this 10 years later So Hilda loses… She really, REALLY didn’t think it’d come to this. That she’d lose such an important battle, but she honors her deals. However, she’ll have to go to a PC to release all of them. She has quite a few that she traded for reasons of filling the Pokedex, but never got around to training with. Those left to the wild with little to no hard feels to Hilda, and she felt the same. A bond wasn’t built. It was more like she gave them a place to live but never got to know them. 

Pokemon she build a bond with but didn’t have in her party at the time were confused. Why was she releasing them? Was she mad? Did she not want to be her friend anymore? It took an explanation from the Pokemon Hilda had in her party for them to understand. Somewhere mad at N, and others were very upset. A few did listen to Hilda and left to the wild (Volcarona and Reuniclus), but a few stubbornly stayed around her refusing to leave (Hydreigon and Chandelure). Some of those Pokemon pretended to leave, only to go to Hilda’s house to wait for her to return (Dusknoir and Zorua). 

Finally, the pokemon she had in her party. Her starter, Snivy turned Seperior, Zekrom, Skitty, and several others. She took all of them out of their pokeballs, and released them… But none of them left. Hilda told them to leave, that they were free, none of them moved away. They huddled around Hilda. Some of them even gripping her arms. Many of them glared at N. When asked why they stayed, Seperior answered N that Hilda had never wronged them. She loved all of them, even when they lost a battle. As Zekrom picked up a very confused Hilda, Seperior growled at N that they would never leave Hilda no matter what he did. Regret flickered in N’s eyes, but when he tried to respond his words caught in his throat as the legendary carried the female trainer away and the other pokemon follow. … What had he done?
