I got this sample of @theouai rose hair and body oil with my #sephora purchase. @sephora describes it simply as “hydrates dry skin and hair while nourishing” I use it between showers on my hair ends to keep them from drying and splitting. Also since my skin is always dry, I just use the extra left on my hands and rub it over my tattoos to keep them hydrated. ••• ••• I use this oil when my hair is damp and also when it’s dry. Since I am Italian, my hair is pretty naturally oily at the scalp.. so I don’t need it there; that’s why I only use it on my ends. Also I skip conditioner some days and just use this on my ends. The #ouai brand surprised me here! I’ve never tried their brand but I loved my first experience! This @toofaced #ShadowInsurance Eye shadow primer is great ! Not only is it beautifully packaged but the light formula reacts well on my sensitive skin. I was blessed to get two trial sizes of this. One from my sephora order and the other was in a subscription I had. I absolutely LOVE it! So much that it’s on my list to buy full size and I gifted my other trial size to my niece to try (along with some hangover primer) for her graduation. I’m glad I was able to introduce her to this. ••• ••• Prior, I had a cheap $5 #sephora lid primer, which was a powder one. I felt like it didn’t do anything really. I didn’t form that opinion until after trying this (and #UrbanDecays) I see a huge difference! ••• ••• 1. The Sephora powder one didn’t work as well as the creamier ones from Too Faced and UD and ••• ••• 2. I prefer this #toofacedcosmetics One over UDs (which is also great!) because it has a thinner formula that dissolves quicker (IMHO) ••• ••• 3. After trying Urban Decays #PrimerPotion first I was skeptical about this not having an applicator tip and annoyed about having to use my finger BUT I think that’s actually why I enjoy it more. The colorless formula didn’t affect my shadow color at all (it snatched Allll that pigment up) wasn’t sticky after (on my lid or finger) and I used less of the product. I think I have more dispenser control without an applicator so I don’t use too much. ••• ••• 4. This shadow insurance eyeshadow primer is so good that I have to be SURE I want my shadow in that exact spot, if i mess up; I need remover to remove my shadows because it holds my pigment so well, also without creasing, and all day. ••• ••• 5. My face sweats a lot so I love that this is waterproof. It’s so hot here on a regular basis and my makeup running was a reason why I avoided wearing it, so this product helped change my opinion on that. It’s waterproof and crease proof. This @tartecosmetics #RainforestOfTheSea Cleansing gel works pretty good. It got my mascara off, and it removed my makeup and left my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. ••• ••• I liked the thin formula and how it wasn’t irritating to my sensitive and super dry skin. I would LOVE to retry this again in a larger trial size. Perhaps in my @Ipsy bag or as a gift. Yesterday I used this @tatcha Violet- C Radiance Mask. It’s got beautyberry and vitamin c in it. ••• ••• After using this my skin was amazing ! It wasn’t shiny like it usually is after I use my other regular mask (which is great!) this VioletC mask gave me a really great Matte finish to my pores. It was amazing. I couldn’t stop feeling how it left my face. I was literally amazed! ••• ••• I used it in my shower, after my regular face wash. I applied it for the full 10-15 minutes and while applying it I noticed the formula was really smooth and silky but yet creamy. ••• ••• Oh and it’s violet! What a pleasant surprise ! And the smell is great too. Overall I truly enjoyed this mask and it’s something I would love to try again. I would definitely buy it if I were in the market. (And it would make a great gift!) Believe me once I finish my current mask I’ll be buying this next !! I had two samples of this Tarte Rainforest of the Sea AquaCealer Concealer, I tried the Light one and it matched my complexion perfectly!! It’s super lightweight and is not heavy after I put it on, I hateee that feeling. I believe this adds moisture because it doesn’t dry my skin out or make it flaky like many other concealers have. It’s also a perfect amount for one use, which means a little goes a long way. I have this in my cart to purchase from @sephora next, to be honest. Mostly for the reason being that I can use this on my trouble spots and without any foundation and I still feel completely covered because it blends so well. I truly did enjoy this sample from @Sephora!
