Since it's sept'ember I figured I'd post my T'au army that I haven't expanded since 2022, after I got bitten by the space marine bug.

My Vior'la Cadre Fireblade

Glad my helmet idea worked out the way I wanted to! Making it fully red makes him stand out so well and making it (as far as my knowledge goes) lore accurate just feels right :)

Also really pushed the quality of battle damage this time around and I'm quite proud of how it's looking, not something I'll do on every fire warrior from now on but the leaders or special unit's can get the extra attention (and time, lots of time)

Next up Pathfinder's or breachers to end Sept'ember off well. Got the last skin tones I needed for Kroot today too so I'm ready for Krootoberfest as well ;)

I wanted to finish the newest member into my Kinband but got lost in details and he isn't done yet but I'd say presentable enough for a picture! (guy on the left)

Never thought Kroot would ever look this characterful and intimidating but here we are! This Kroot has no name yet but will get one as I adore this guy a lot

More details will be done tomorrow probably! And next up is O'Shaserra! (who's already 80% done so easy sailing)

O'Shaserra and Oe-hei and Oe-ken-yon in the Vior'la Sept colors

I'm really happy with how she turned out and definitely worth the effort! Such a detailed miniature too! which was both nice and frustrating (panel-lining and edge highlights).

Also after reading the Patient Hunter novel I couldn't paint her without helmeted option as Nurgle loves Characters without helmets but the T'au learn quick! (also with helmet she just looks cute with the stealthsuits! I'll leave the empty base joke up to yourself this time lol)

Going to have som fun base coating this Cadre Fireblade's cloak and black cloth pieces before I lay the final details on Commander Shadowsun so I'm sure I won't make any unnecessary mistakes on her! Gotta be warmed up for those tiny details (and a free hand on the cloth thingy).

But yea this will be the next up in line to get paint! Shouldn't take too long (he said foolishly and overconfidently)

Work in progress

It's moving along but I'm not sure if I like it, maybe it doesn't feel very Vior'la Sept to me idk what's wrong with it the colors feel off or something. Perhaps it's because Vior'la is very white and there's a big lack of white here

Just going to push through and finish it and see if I like the results if not I'll change something up. Going to finish the skin first cause it looking rough
