Sephiroth before the fall

My thoughts stray more and more towards writing remix material suitable for Sephiroth before his fall/ascension (depending on your view). A kind of triptych maybe - The Lonely Introspective Child, The Hero of Wutai, Mother’s Calling. Just giving them titles without any music is deeply inspiring, maybe i’ll do some actual writing to get the juices flowing. An untainted Sephiroth - calculating, honorable, gallant - at least that’s how the world sees him but not necessarily how he sees himself. He is a paragon of heroism to the world, but deep down he feels like an empty puppet for the powers that be. AU Sephiroth defects to Avalanche - Why would he do this? How would he be used by Avalanche as a symbol of resistance? Would he feel as empty there as anywhere else. Calamity & Saviour in one, a duality worth exploring. Sorry just musing out loud. Don’t be shy, what do you guys think?
