She likes to do so, being among the 'smallfolk' and the 'lesser' noble houses interests her — plus her mother and father have always encouraged it; she should know the realm in which she lives, not just the royal part of it. Spotting a familiar face at a booth of flowers, the violet eyed maiden smiles and steps up beside her. "Lady Alicent, it is well and good to see you!"

queer sex and horror (but not like gore (well that's also not true i love a shitty slasher just not things like saw and hostel like it must be obviously corn syrup and hotdogs ykwim) etc i love suspense horror and abstract horror and just the general anticipatory unease of good pacing) especially in art! i'm not good at writing fluff :( i'm also learning that i'm having a lot of fun narratively in the fantasy genre! i haven't written in high fantasy since i was in high school, and i'm remembering why i had so much fun back then, so it's been nice stepping back into those shoes <3

queer love with a happy ending you rule my entire life. overpowered characters is also something i'm weak for i blame dragonball z when i was a kid! enemies to lovers is also super fun, especially enemies who stay enemies but fuck nasty on the side

shock value isn't my thing for sure, body swap, anything involving organized crime, buddy cop tropes and most cop propoganda, royals propoganda ie the crown (the british), manic pixie dream girl, most romance tropes (fun to write not digest) im probably missing sooo much but i cannot think of anything else lmaoo

While Larys did not entirely disagree with her,   he frowns at Alicent's words.   Not taking any personal offense nor taking it as a challenge.   As maybe the spymaster enjoys inviting in evil because then he knows what he invites in.

“To allow evil to go unaddressed is to permit whatever comes of it,”   he replied softly as his finger pads rub into the wood of his cane.   Sharing even the slightest bit of himself   -   that's close to his true worldview   -   made him anxious.   So he put on a well trained smile, a quiet laugh left him before he continued,   “But I find more right in your words than wrong.   I forget King's Landing works differently than the Riverlands,   forgive my trespass,   Your Grace.”
