most of my rq friends are pro c and its terrifying bc im now realizing i dont agree with their beliefs much, if at all. i dont know what to do about it. i havent been hurt directly but thinking about it a lot is reminding me of my past experiences w grooming and abuse. please stay safe radqueer friends

There was a time in my life where I genuinely believed I could consent to chrono adults when I was chrono-thirteen/fourteen or so, because I was groomed into that mindset and told if I 'had an understanding of my body' then I 'could consent.'

I never wanted what was being done to me, not really, but I was told it was ok because I understood my parts and at least the foundational principle of consent. It has haunted me for years and I am a chrono adult now

I hope that any chrono children stuck in a situation where they believe they can consent to chrono adults are able to safely get out, and realise that they do not have the emotional maturity and brain function to be able to give fully informed consent.

I do not want any other beings haunted by what I am. Please be safe. ❤️

it’s from the universe expanded by foreverthyme and it’s honestly such a lovely beautiful fic. i’m currently on chapter 30/41 so it still has time to disappoint me but i dont see that happening! typical trigger warnings for post-TWS #stucky fic apply, along with discussion of violent #homophobia pre-WWII. but ye i rly love this fic it’s so good

right!!! like i know it’s more complex than that but. idk i have a hard time criticizing social structures that expect a group to be kind/courteous, so much as the social structures that let a group get away w/ NOT being that way, u know

i think this kind of ties in w/ my issue w/ libfem type stuff, where the end goal seems to be... all people being treated like men. when no, while i want it to be an equal playing field, there's no much of the Man Experience that i want no fucking part of. expectation/encouragement of the complete disregard of other's is one of those things
