I'm sure all the Bucky stans know this but there are a lot of us who don't so I need to say this and then shout it from the roof tops for the rest of you

During World War 2 in America the enlisted troops serial number started with 12 and the drafted troops started with 32

Bucky's serial number is 32557038 (yes I do know that off by heart)

His number starts with 32...

Our boy was drafted, he didn't enlist and juding by the year he was probably drafted due to the Service and Enlistment Act

But did not choose to go to war, he was forced.

Just let that sink in

Because I cannot get over the fact that James Barnes never wanted to go to war, and Steve Rogers desperately wanted to be fit enough to enlist had swapped places

And I cannot believe that Marvel has never adressed the fact that Bucky went through all the shit he did because he was drafted. He didn't go in knowing the risks because he didn't choose to become a soldier, that choice was made for him, and thanks to the choice his life was a living hell since then

Disassembly drone serial numbers

In partial reference to this post

I managed to find a frame in episode 2 where V's is just visible enough to try and read it.

This is the closest I can get, and even on my best screen with the video set to 1440p. I'm still going to have to guess. So let's establish some things first.

A drone's serial number consists of a single capital letter, a dash, and 9 digits. This is a disposal band, but we can cross-check it with N and J.

N's is the clearest, since we get to see it on his screen during his reboot in the pilot. Single letter, dash, 9 digits. Specifically, 9 digits that consist of 1's, 0's, and an X.

J's is a little harder because the angle obscure's the first few digits. But with N's and the disposal band in mind, we can guess those pretty easily: J - 00

Now back to V. I'm most confident with the first four, V - X001 But past then it just gets difficult. I believe the last four are all 0's. But I can not tell if that middle digit is a 1 or a 0. I lean slightly more towards 1, but it's just too small to say for certain.

So, that gives us

N - 0X0010010 J - 00X111001 V - X00110000 or V - X00100000

Imagine three airmen flying jets over enemy territory during a war. They are shot down, captured, and then taken by the enemy for interrogation. One by one they are brought into a darkened room.

The first airman gives his name, rank, and serial number. They press him for information that he knows he should not give, but he also knows that the enemy is cruel, and eventually they will break him. So why go through all that? He tells them what he knows.

A second airman is brought in. He also gives his name, rank, and serial number, and they begin to pump him for information. He is determined not to give in. So, the cruelty begins. Eventually it overwhelms him. He breaks and tells them what he knows.

Then the third airman comes in and gives his name, rank, and serial number. “You will not break me,” he says. “Oh, yes we will,” they reply. “We have broken every man who has ever come into this room. It is only a matter of time; you’ll see.”

The cruelty begins, but he does not break. It is intensified, and still he does not break. So, it is intensified again, until it becomes unbearable, but still he does not break. Finally, there comes a point where they have tried everything they know. “It’s no use,” they say. “He is not like any other person we’ve had in this room. We can’t break him.”

Now, which of these three airmen faced the full force of the enemy? The only one to know the full force of the enemy’s assault is the one who did not break. So, don’t ever think that Christ’s temptations were less than yours.

Only Christ knows the full power of temptation, because only Christ has withstood the full force of the enemy’s assault.

Jesus was tempted in every respect as we are, but He was without sin (Hebrews 4:15).

The Product of Society

Humans, they are brands with labels subliminally. The chef, he cooks a good meal. They like the chef and return to his restaurant. The teacher, teacher is loving and kind. The children come home eager to finish their homework. The mother and father, they are opposed to the teenager leaving, therefore, they are parents with malice in the teen's eyes. The point is, humans have purposes to fulfill, including the deadbeat whose purpose could be to leech. In that liking, people do not come for the person; they come for their image of that person. When the brand dies, so does their love. It is a conundrum that every artist faces. To live their art as if it were a liege, a lord, a demigod and sacrifice creativity for branding beyond the human expectation...or to suffer the expense of being disliked for true expressionism in constant, shifting, mixing, and evolving style.
