Up on Capitol Hill, inside the Starbucks Roastery, is one of Tom Douglas' Serious Pie restaurants. Upscale pizza. We eat off the beaten con paths. Cj's best friend Aaron is a pastry chef for Tom Douglas restaurants downtown. We had Sunday brunch at Serious Biscuit/Serious Pie and got to enjoy the fruits of his labor AND get an inside peek at the kitchens in the back. Incredible breakfast and staff and experience.
