Ahhhh the Kill Your Darlings question - hmmmm this is very much an "it depends" because certainly with MCTNA this would be more an un-kill your darlings thing lolllll
It really does depend on the source and who my darlings are but I tend to not, actually! HOWEVER, that isn't to say that I wouldn't. It really depends on the story I am telling. I do tend to want my OTP to live, or if not live, die and come back - one being alive where the other is not is the most egregious sin though GLARES AT J3 (BBC Merlin)

A pizza delivery boy finds himself in a very strange, unexpected Dante’s Inferno-esque situation when his latest delivery finds himself at the doorstep of Hell. Hey, the devil needs a pizza sometimes too (and he likes anchovies on them). The devil tips well so... He’s not going to complain.

I used to only drink sugary tea (then I went to Japan, lawl), but I'd say just replace soda with water/tea/infusions and sugar/honey/maple syrup whatever (if water add some lemon for some zing!) that way you can control how much sugar you put in and over time maybe you'll get down to 0? Water can be sparkly for better mouth feel ;)

Oooooh okay good one. Practically, Spanish, since a few close coworkers speak Spanish as their first language. I've been trying to learn using one of those apps and it is...very slow going. Less practically? Welsh. I just think it's real cool and I read The Owl Service as a child and got fixated on Welsh mythology.
