Yall idk what to do

I’ve been talking about my fucked up back a lot but today it got exponentially worse. I was doing laundry when there was a spasm in my back where the pain has been coming from and I’ve been in excruciating pain ever since. Medication, lidocaine patches, resting, nothing has helped. There is no position I’m comfortable in and I can barely move. Should I go to the er bro idk 😭

The pain as the base of my spine is almost unbearable. I literally cannot strand, sit, lay down, anything without severe pain

Okay okay okay I’ll CALL my primary care doctor tomorrow and see if I can get an appointment before July 8th about my back pain. It’s genuinely getting unbearable and I only feel any slight sense of relief unless I’m laying on my stomach. Even laying in my side the pressure is too much and I feel it in the base of my spine. I also didn’t know I had a balance from an appointment I missed 😬😬 so I paid it yesterday so when I call them I don’t owe them money 😭

Went back to work today and I honestly thought it was going to be much worse but I managed. We were super busy so even though I was in pain I was distracted enough to not be thinking about it. Every moment of free time though the pain definitely made itself known but I was able to sit when I had a moment and help running food trays. It was hot as fuck as usual bc our ac is always fucked up for some reason but I made good money so I guess you win some you lose some

Guess who’s an idiot!!! Me!!! I missed my drs appointment. I thought it was for 11:40 and it was for 11:20😭 the reschedule is aug 6th. I hate myself so much I’m so stupid.

Today I showered and genuinely halfway through I was like oh lord am I gonna make it but I did and here we are. I did get my meds delivered today for my back pain and shit so hopefully they start working soon

Bro being off work today was kinda ass. I did just watch From and play paralives all day but I was supposed to be a little productive (I did get to s4 of From, does that count lol?) my back hurt today but hopefully I’ll get my meds delivered tomorrow. Literally my only goal tomorrow: shower.
