Why don’t you hate me?!
Kido stared at Kuroha, and while I certainly wouldn’t say that their gaze was friendly, it wasn’t necessarily cold either. More… Blank, thoughtful. Kido’s stance was tense however, their hands curled into fists at their side and their shoulders stiff and unyielding despite the fact that they could feel the calming weight of Kano’s hand pushing down on them. Kano wasn’t saying anything, for once, the touch just a sign of him being there for them.
Kido appreciated it, because they felt like if Kano wasn’t there that they might be a lot less calm than they currently were.
"Because, yes, you may have hurt my friends." Kido said, and again their voice held nothing bitter. Shrugging, Kido shook their head. "But… you’re too pathetic to hate.”
