No one knows just where the being which calls itself Mephistopheles comes from, but it is most certainly not that creature described in the familiar stories.  Wherever it is that Mephisto dwells, he possesses the ability to manifest at any point or place in time.

Choosing to present himself as a mischievous ghost, Mephistopheles has the ability to decide when and where he is seen, almost always.

The Servants of Frank Williams Academy

Servants of Frank Williams are usually purchased through a discreet black market in inner London. Because of the criminal activity, the school-board of Frank Williams must chip in a handsome price to buy the prettiest of faces for the students of their fine school. The servants are then taken to the location, by bus travel, and are kept in a secluded area of the school until a student chooses them. When a servant is chosen, they are free to then go stay with their masters.

Whilst staying at Frank Williams, some servants are often left neglected by students and may not be chosen to serve for a while. Since the faculty at FWA doesn't want the servants to become anti social, they are given dorm-mates and may socialize amongst themselves. Servants who are not serving are free to roam the campus, but like students, have a curfew of twelve o'clock. 

Unlike the students, servants are not fed in a high-class dining area. Instead, eating time is a chance for the servants of FWA to socialize with one another as they are taken into their own spot on campus to eat. It much resembles a high school cafeteria. Though the food is less pricey than the students, servants are fed well and are kept in the fittest shape.

Although injuries do not happen often, sometimes a student will get carried away and flag, beat or hit their servants. When this has happened, the student will not be punished, but they are permitted to take the servant to the infirmary so that their wounds may be cleaned and wrapped up. 

Servants are expected to listen and follow all of their master's demands, if they fail to do so, there will be a set punishment.
