Servant One, the Emperor’s Wrath and the Hero of Tython

This line in the fourth paragraph of Servant One's letter to the Sith Warrior implies that they want the newly minted Emperor's Wrath to hunt down and slaughter the Hero of Tython and their crew. Implying that this should be a priority ahead of dealing with Malgus at Ilum and so on.

I'm sure there are fanfics out there that have gone into all that, but its never dealt with in the game story.
