Modern Gaming Server Fail
2016 and I can't even play a Custom Game or Campaign Coop game in Halo 5 because "Unable to start Dedicated Server" WHAT!?!?! On a Thursday night...... So this $65 game is only good for single player... Let me host the custom game myself, or at least give me the option, I have the bandwidth..

I am so done right now
So with my work dungeon group at level 30 being up in the air I started looking at playing a priest. Been spending all morning gathering bags and mulling over the BOAs I can get myself to speed up the process. Server crashed bad last night. People were in the forums and here bitching about Blizzard. I can excuse the occasional catastrophe given the time I've spent playing vs. waiting for the server. I wished that Blizzard, however, would be more reactive in acknowledging fails and that "someone" is working on it. On a related note I discovered Blizzard's new scroll of resurrection service in game that came with yesterday's update. I had sent my scroll to prideandpenance.tumblr.com who is currently trolling space in the Old Republic in a galaxy far, far away...
Login Queue es broken.
Login Queue says that my wait time is 2 hours and 27 minutes. Admin on the forums says that restarting the client will cause me to move backwards in the queue because someone will take my place. I was in queue for 2 hours till i decided fuck this. I'm prolly not gonna be able to play today oh well, and restarted my league. Now I'm in. WTF. Riot GET A ANOTHER DAMN SERVER.

So it turns out that we weren't able to access our blog because of server maintenance, not the storm we had (which failed to lower our temperatures). If something like this happens again, we'll use Tumblr as our backup blog. We have moved the posts we put up over the weekend onto http://lifeisfunwithsomeboredom.blog.com/. And as for the "you won't get any of this; whatever." we're actually writing a post together for the first time, so I was editing what she was writing as she was typing it.
