Our hearts are SO FULL from #SERVEday20!

Psalm 89 says “I’ll never quit telling the story of Your love...” HIS* love is the story today and everyday. Let’s live our lives telling it!

A Sweet Story from Church of the King

"This house belongs to the brother and dad of someone who goes to our Biloxi Campus. We’ve been putting encouraging signs outside the dad’s bedroom window because he has some serious health issues and can’t leave the house. His son was outside working on a car and came over to pray with us. He said, “You guys are really all a part of 'that' church? I need to come to service!” So we were able to direct him to church online and got him connected with a staff member! We even had a little girl from the neighborhood drive up on her bike to pray with us - 6 ft apart of course!" ♥️

WOW! What a testimony of how simply loving your neighbor can lead to SO much more relationally and spiritually! Thank you, Jesus! And thank you, Jen, for the testimony.

Build A Bear Christmas Workshop

Our friends at ITOWN hosted their annual Build a Bear Christmas Workshop last weekend, where families get to assemble bears for children (and all of their siblings) who will spend Christmas in the hospital.  Outreach Pastor, Heather Chaulk, shares: One nurse told our team that this was the only Christmas present the children in the family would get. They were beyond excited to have one. ... This young fella (first pic) actually served at the workshop assembling bears. The following week he sadly, actually found himself in the hospital - but was so excited to get to be one to receive a bear and a visit from his church family. . Christmas time is so full of opportunities for personal encounters - sharing the love and hope of Jesus! Thanks, itown fam, for sharing this super fun idea and just some of the many precious stories that have been written through you. .
