With a grain of salt. I haven’t read it yet myself, I’ve been meaning to since roommate has a copy. There’s controversy surrounding Buckland but I trust the people that gave the book to him. It’s also a 101 book so take that as you will.
I read the multiple introductions the book has last night and definitely need to be pretty aware of what’s going on. I’m glad I had a basis of knowledge before starting it, because if I was going into this blind, I’d be completely turned away from the craft just from the introductions.

I wish I didn’t have any homework yet. I already have two assignments.
Being in grad school there isn’t a lot of daily task type homework like there was in undergad. It’s mostly reading and reviewing notes/ textbooks, with an occasional project mid semester.
