Toffee & Seth
Gotta couple headcanons/changes to sort of soften Seth a bit, most of what we hear about him in canon is from his enemies, anyways.
First off, I am changing the extreme view he has from thinking monsters are superior to mewmens (aka the paranoid fantasy of bigots everywhere) to being anti-monarchy, most monsters hate the Butterflys and want them out of power, but monarchy was a common system of government for both mewmens and monsters, and being against it was a genuinely radical belief on both sides. I will keep his hatred towards mewmens only as a widely spread rumor with no truth to it.
Now, to headcanons:
-a survivor of the initial monster massacre, Seth was already well into adulthood when mewmens arrived, and witnessed the Butterfly's rise to power. He has been fighting them ever since then.
-he was a mentor/father figure to Toffee, who lost his parents to Queen Solaria's campaign of genocide as a teen. Toffee shares many of his views.
-he was never going to come to Queen Comet's feast, as he was on his death bed at the time. This may account for his aggressive response.
-He died the night before the feast.
Can you draw more Seth? Like, maybe more of Maw reacting to him the weird way he did?
