My current view this morning. So many blood tests needed that it has the experienced lab technician in training herself mode about what types of blood vials she needs to collect for. There are times when I'm fine with being a science experiment and this is one of those times. If I push someone to have to set a higher standard for themselves because I challenge them then I have done my job for today!
