This wasn't the first time Alex saw the girl around, but she always managed to get his attention. And this was the first time he spoke up. "You need to hit the side of it to get that candy bar out." He smiled.
Seth was arguing with the vending machine when she heard a voice. Slapping the side of the machine, it fell down and she picked it up before turning to look at him. "Thanks." She said as her eyes landed on a familiar face.
"You're welcome. It happened to me a lot too. I'm Alex, by the way." He flashed his gorgeous smile at her.
She smiled up at him and ran a hand through her hair. "Name's Seth. Pleased to finally meet you."
"So you noticed me too. That's good to know. Nice to finally meet you too, Seth."
"Yeah, though I'm surprised this is the first we spoke considering that you spent six months sitting next to in Chem sophomore year."
"I knew you look familiar. Yeah, it's weird. I'm glad I finally did get to meet you."
"Funny the places you know people from." She gave a soft giggle before popping a few m&ms in her mouth. "Want some?"
"Yeah... maybe we could get a cup of coffee somewhere sometime."
"Maybe." She said with a smile.
Alex took out his phone and gave it to her. "Give me your number and I'll maybe call you." He grinned.
Seth took the phone and puther number in it. "You know you are the first guy here not to give me a funny look about my name."
"Funny look about your name?" He asked, honestly confused.
"Yeah, but I guess you didn't noticed." She giggled a bit at his confusion.
"Glad to see that someone around here gets it."
"You're welcome, Seth." He smiled and took some mms from her.
She handed him back his phone and smiled some more. "So, guess I'll be seeing you around." She had put the heart symbol next to her name in his phone so he would know it was her for sure.
"Yeah, you will be." Something about her caught his attention and he couldn't stop thinking about the girl for the rest of the day.
Seth giggled again as she left. She could shake that smile of his all day. Though it was a few days before she saw him again. Late night in the coed showers and she was singing in the shower not even aware that anyone had comd in.
Alex recognized that voice almost immediately. He grinned and with only a towel around his waist he walked into the shower next to hers. "Nice voice."
The male voice caused her to stop mid line as she smiled. "Fancy running into you here."
"Yeah, who would've thought that we'll meet naked again." He grinned and took the towel off before letting the water run down his body.
"Well, coed showers and all. Chances were very slim." She giggled a bit as she enjoyed the warm water.
"Yeah, very. So, what are you doing tonight?" He asked.
"Considering the time probably finishing my shower and watching a movie as I fall asleep."
