Today was back & shoulders. Thank u 24 HR Fitness for the day pass. My home gym away from home. Loving this gym. Some of my best workouts were here this past year. I did 3 sets with 1 drop set to failure. Did bent over rows, dumbbell shoulder presses, lateral raises, standing t-bar row, seated close grip pulldowns and did 1 hour of HIIT cardio ranging from 6-8.5mph. When out of town always take advantage of new gym equipment, new environment, a new way of doing things. Take what you’ve learned back to your home gym. When I was at the Flagstaff Athletic Club 4 months ago I started incorporating crunches between sets after witnessing others doing this between their sets.
