This in my entry for “Piazza Almerico da Schio, la piazza si fa bella!” a themed competition for graphic artists and illustrators with a theme "Flight" in honor of Almerico da Schio. I represented the action of flight not only as an act to move in the air but also as the desire to rise above things and to reach higher and higher points in the sky. Hence the title ''Race to the sky'. . . . Questo è il mio contributo per il concorso ''Piazza Almerico da Schio, la piazza si fa bella!” con tema “Il volo” in onore della figura di Almerico da Schio, scienziato e pioniere dell'aviazione italiana.
