The new neighbors have little children who are seemingly wild. Their hooting and hollering is scaring the feral cats in the house. Yelling for the sake of yelling. My parents never would’ve tolerated that behavior from me, and I can’t imagine that I ever would have had any reason to behave that way. My son never behaved that way.
It’s way more annoying than early morning yard work / power tools.
