I don’t mean to discourage these EU citizens that applied for settled or pre-settled status but these applications are only valid until the end of 2025, it’s almost 2022 so time is ticking... they’ll have to later reapply for work visas anyway. Doubt the home office would give anyone British citizenship easily despite them being there for more than 10 years. Why can’t they just admit that living in the UK is a huge waste of time and effort...
