1. what do you think about italy/italians?
about italy - i think its beautiful!! there are so many different and incredible things about italy. i go to italy for the whole of july every year so its always sunny (which is nice bc it rains in glasgow like 24/7) and i’m really really grateful that i have the opportunity to go bc i just love it so much. i love the language too, its so much better than english, theres just so many different ways to express yourself in italian
about italians - i know a lot of really lovely italians (like you sisa) but bc i stay in a really small village it can sometimes be a bit behind the times so there’s still a lot of racism and oppression in that one village. i’m sure its not like that throughout the whole of italy though. i’ve met some amazing and really lovely people in italy :)))
2. favourite hobby - um aside from tumblr i like to play piano, thats all i can think of tbh
3. what do you think about school? - i appreciate the fact that i get such a good education and i enjoy learning but i don’t actually like school as a whole just bc a lot of people in my school are extremely unpleasant
4. what do you think about suicide? - woah thats a pretty heavy subject. well i think its upsetting that someone feels so bad that they’d prefer to just not exist. its hard for me to answer this, thankfully i’ve never felt suicidal, but its obviously a really serious thing and if someone ever feels like that i think its very important that they are given the help they need and that they are, in some way, reminded that they matter and that people love them
5. what would you change about yourself if you had the chance? - hmmm. theres quite a lot of things. i’d say the biggest one would probably be my social skills. i’m not shy or anything but i just constantly feel awkward when i’m talking to someone i’m not 100% comfortable with and its just annoying more than anything tbh
6. which nation inspires you the most? - ehh. i’m not sure. sorry!!
7. what do you like the most about your favourite idol? - oh god this means i’m gonna have to pick a favourite one :((( well…….. i really like how when an interviewer asks ezra a really bad question he always finds a smart way to answer it. i think he does it to make the interviewer not feel dumb for asking such a shit question. and he makes an effort to not talk badly about anyone. it just shows that he cares about peoples feelings
8. favourite song and why? - aaa fuck this is such a hard question. um……… i’d say just now maybe inertia by blur. or maybe the universal just bc theres like a 3 second bit in the universal around 1:23 that makes me feel so so happy (although the whole song is incredible)
9. favourite band and why? - FUCK um i really dont know. right now i’d say blur???? but i think my favourite band of all time will always be arctic monkeys. i’m just in a bit of a blur phase rn
10. whats the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning? - get cereal and try not to fall asleep in it
11. favourite film and why? - probably good will hunting bc matt damon was v attractive when he was younger and bc the soundtrack is partly elliott smith and it means a lot to me that his music is in that film bc he was so talented and so so incredibly underrated
