it was so good! it definitely left me with more questions than answers but that's per the norm lol

im super curious how they're going to fit the devil's triad into the story and also how albrecht chose someone to be the literal devil (warframe but still). ik it's not confirmed uriel is the 3rd proto but he's the 3rd in the devil's triad so it's a very good guess. also uriel's design is so FUCKING COOL im chomping at the bit to see more of him!!

the old peace is really where all of my questions are lmao. with loid's line about "polluted histories" what is this tau we're going to?? why is there a sudden flash of eyeless margulis? how does all of this lead us to going to real tau in 2026?? i was so happy to see loid again tho and he's so sweet to the operator ❤️❤️ also adis is adorable and i love him and hate his sad face. ALSO that design for the hunhullus is badass and i love it

The corner of your vision shifts. Movement, or so you thought. You blink and turn, but the room remains the same. Things you love and need all in their place, gently lit and casting shadows you've seen for so long that they've grown comfortable and welcoming. You return to your buisness.

And yet, poised there just behind, spindly and pale and hungry, is something new. Wide unblinking eyes affix on your back, it creeps, weight balanced on outstretched needle-like fingers as it's ribs spread and flatten to accommodate the mere inches between the couch and the floor.

Then...

Bump.

The creature freezes.

This time, there can be no mistake, and as you turn you catch sight of legs too long and thin to be human, twisted with more joints than there should be, scrabbling furiously against the carpet with toes like claws as it tries- and continuously fails- to make it under the couch.

It's stomach is too large.

Your shoes are missing.

It gives up and extracts itself and its suspiciously shoe shaped stomach and scampers out the door.
