I’ve never asked for any money or funds but this specific charity helps newborn kittens survive! They’re non-profit, completely unfunded by any state or government. They’re always at capacity, super understaffed, underfunded, and overworked. It would mean the world to me if you could toss a couple dollars their way if you can or just share this. They have over 240 kittens in their care just from this year alone. Thank you guys so much!

Emre used to be a leader. Now he's a follower again.

This is not the first time he's been one; days long past of being private first class, looking up at the shining Strike Team with wonder in his eyes, alongside everyone else. Poor calls in the field, sure, but also in the management of his teams, the resolution of arguments, the soothing of emotions. But with every mistake he sculpted his emotional intelligence and wisdom higher and higher until he could bring the absolute best out of the people who counted on him for his guidance.

He'd first met Freja while he was giving a lecture on leadership to her division. She stayed after to ask more questions- about how to handle underperformers, no matter how frustrating they became to work with.

Crumpled over in the corner of the room, arms around his knees and begging that Freja will return soon from whatever errand Talon has her running at the moment, because he can't handle this, he can't handle all this, he doesn't know what to do.
