Today’s story begins when Vice Director Thomas’ former mentor becomes inflicted with a supernatural hunger disease. She begins committing violent acts of cannibalism to the point where she dies of hunger. The source of this trouble: Jobe! He’s Malcolm’s second in command and hellish purveyor of mystical trinkets for his master. He unleashed a hunger demon upon DC and now it’s up to Team Witness to put an end to its hellish hunger.
Meanwhile, Vice Director Thomas becomes obsessed with catching the seventh tribulation that she begins to lead her team down a trail of secrets. Ones that don’t bode well for our fearless warriors. But that’s the least of their worries. You see, Malcolm has a plan; he’s putting together a team of his own. Something that the entire group fears! What is it? Tune to find out.
