Back to our shop performance series. This is ‘The Hungry Sea’, a seafood hotpot restaurant that desperately needed a rejuvenating. Read the story below that goes along with this illustration!
There was a lull in performances that month - the team was idle. This gave Jarrion time to help out in the kitchen that just opened across the road.
It became an immediate favourite of his for late night dinners, but it had seen better days. On a good night, three or four families would dine at The Hungry Sea. By month end, most of their employees had left for better prospects.
Jarrion cleaned and remodeled, redesigned the menus and refitted the tables. It helped a little - but not enough. The owners decided to close business the following week.
But Jarrion would not let them shut the doors forever.
It was time to wake the lion.
