we will grow up a little, begin to see the clouds that fog our perception of reality with a dreamlike quality. what this is, is something beautiful in the cloudy ambiguity that allows our minds to wander. there is the floating moisture in the air that allows sunlight to stream through in curved rainbows, just mirage images we are lucky to be in the right place to see. there is no good reason to chase rainbows, but go for it anyway. love is failure failure failure until we learn.

i don’t know if i will be able to say out loud what i want, confess my fears without tears, see you without choking on my heart. that is okay. courage builds from the accumulations of dissatisfaction. my day by days have been dragging on in ways i don’t want them to. i live on regardless.
