Undertale genocide run, day.... 4? XD

Got to the point where Sans tries to spare me - and then goes all out afterwards - three times in a row now. So I FEEL like I’m getting better! I certainly never got that far before and now several times in a row, that’s an improvement!

At this point, I’m just - stubborn. I got this far, I want to see the end of this, you feel me?

(I have also reached the point where I have memorized the attack patterns of the first few rounds perfectly, which is a little concerning LOL)

Also had the thought throughout the entire Genocide run that the Genocide route of the game is so difficult because you’re not meant to take it. And the Sans battle confirmed this to me.

Like, the Pacifist route? Some of the boss fights can get real tricky, yeah, but it’s leagues away from how difficult Undyne the Undying or Sans’ fights are. Those two feel basically impossible sometimes! And Sans even gives you chances to change your mind and spare him.

I really feel like the game is - story-wise - saying that the Genocide run is the “wrong” route here and you’re meant to be sparing them. So it’s extra difficult, and gives you ways out several times.

Considering that I’m about to start a “bad” playthrough after this one, this honest to god makes me feel guilty. I’m completely serious I feel guilty over restarting this game now.

Frisk better be invited to this wedding, as matchmaker and all that.

Gaaaaaah I was SO close to winning the Sans fight twice now. I get to the point where he first sends you aaaaalll the way to the right and the fires the Gatser Blasters in a circle at you. I think this is like, his last attack?

I get to the blasters and then get brushed by one, dying.

This is gonna be a close thing but I think a few more days and I got this one. The last part is just so super quick XD

When you know JUST ENOUGH about a new game to immediately anger the freaky flower by not dying. XD

Also? I knew that Undertale has some deep, raw lines, but now that I‘ve played it myself, I’m just… stunned. This game is DEEP

And sometimes it’s also very silly. But mostly deep XD
