Episode 1405: Mirin’s Training

Translator Notes:

I’m super iffy on my translation of “practice not letting your mind wander”.  The exact Japanese was kokoro wo togiresasenai renshuu, in which kokoro means “heart” (or “spirit”, not your literal blood-pumping muscle), togiresasenai is the negative-causative form of togireru, which means “break off”, “come to an end”, “be interrupted”, and renshuu means “practice”.  It sounds like it’s something like “practice not letting your heart be interrupted/break off”, which sounds... strange.  I think Sevilbarra’s talking about focusing, but the wording is strange, and I’m not sure if it’s an idiom that I’m not finding on my usual reference sites.

As for the rest of this comic... I have no words.
