I'm working on conversion parts for customizing the modern/retro 5.5" figures and Mega Construx heroes into characters from the classic 1980s MOTU knock-off line Galaxy Warriors/Fighters. Above is my preliminary digital sculpt for Sahak, the cobra-man from the first wave. I'm in the process of testing neck-joints, but to get a start on 3d printable Galaxy Warriors/Fighters stuff, I've made some weapons, starting with Mega Construx compatible versions:

The base four-weapon set and a set of the "Sticker" shields, reinterpreted to be embossed detail. The plan is to produce replacement parts that can be used to convert MOTU Mega Construx Heroes into Galaxy Warriors/Fighters characters.

flea market finds:

a few more Soma Toys Sonic Rangers, including the best one I’ve seen, this one painted to resemble one of the VR Troopers figures that’s a gold-trimmed recolor of the Metalder suit, and another whose Robocop visor still lights up!
