Navare sighed as she took a moment to gather her bearings, eyes scanning for signs of her prey. Sigh might not have been the best comparison given she was underwater and didn’t technically have any air to release to show her annoyance, but it was the thought that counted. She had been hunting after a particularly fat and tasty looking fish for a little bit now, but the trail seemed to be running cold.

Even with the gash she had gotten in on it, the blood trail was starting to thin out in the water, and she wasn’t expecting it to have enough life left in it to dart off like it had. She had a rough idea where it had gone off to, but it was still a rough trail to follow. With another mumble of annoyance, she darted forward through the water, circling around to try and get a better sign of her prey.
