I love that you have a Grayson Objectification 2015 tag (and by that I mean I can't believe how fucking ridiculous this whole thing got that it needs a tag). Maybe it needs a name, like "Buttgate" or something.

Aw, dammit, anon. “Buttgate” is SO MUCH better than what I came up with. Now I’m tempted to go back and tag everything with that. XD

I’ve been using “sexification” lately, because I don’t agree that Dick is objectified in Grayson, but as a result my tagging of this fantastic kerfuffle has become kinda inconsistent.

The whole comparison between sexy Grayson and BlackLivesMatter reminds me of people who bring up Hitler in arguments (ie, "You think X is Y, well so did Hitler!"). Maybe the analogy is technically sound, but it's a shit analogy because they're trying to attach the emotional response from a legitimate issue to something that's very trivial in comparison. And the sexiness in Grayson seems to be on par with the sexiness in the Bombshells comic (made by female creators). Sexy, but not demeaning

I agree with this, too! But the thing is, I think at this point, we have to accept that there will be no consensus over this, at all. I mean, people have written long and wordy posts about how Dick is being sexually objectified, and then other people have written long and wordy posts about how he’s not sexually objectified, and the bottom line is, it’s obviously something people can’t agree on. Perhaps because this is a subjective thing in the first place, which is why it’s irritating when people act like it’s not

All that said, I look forward to reading the word “queerbaiting” at least 21 times in the Tumblr discussion surrounding this comic.

Protip, if a gay guy and a straight guy hang out having awesome adventures together, it’s not automatically queerbaiting.

I didn’t even notice that. That makes a lot of sense. Aren’t Russian bath houses/spas kinda famous, too? As two true globe trotters, they shouldn’t miss that opportunity, especially not after an intense bout of vampire huntin’!

Sexification

I recently watched a vlog by Jim Chapman talking about sexification. Which basically means he is putting in a lot of effort to get a sexy body.

Now I recently started back on my diet/ eating healthy/ eat 1300 calories a day. With recently I mean Monday really so very recently but this time I really want to stay on track. I am not going back to my fitblr again though because it doesn't help me at all. But for anyone with a myfitnesspal please add me as a friend my username is Lifelovekorea - I do need all the support I can get this time.

It's going to be a slow process I think losing weight always seem so much harder then gaining weight.

Also this weekend  I am staying at home (as usual) and I think it might be a good idea to indulge in fruits and veggies, I have a party at work on Saturday but on Sunday it will be ALL fruit and veggies, and fresh juices -nothing else - Some sort of detox I guess. I am going to look into it to see if it is healthy and if it is what I should eat and all that jazz.

I am not only going to detox myself but also my room. I've got so much stuff still laying around AND most importantly will wrap up everyone prizes and send them out - that's indeed a week later then promised as I was supposed to do it on monday BUT as you might know I was hungover and on the way home which took me about and hour and a half longer then expected.

Anyway that is my weekend plan hope yours is going to be lovely!
