First five or so minutes of this give a glimpse at the perspective of one of the authors of Our Stolen Future—as discussed and problematized by Di Chiro—fifteen years after the book’s publication.
What I find interesting, is that while he doesn’t acknowledge the controversy regarding heteronormativity, he also doesn’t mention reproductive health or sexuality. His concerns seem to be on health more widely, as a result of endocrine disrupters. Seems to line up with what Di Chiro writes about the issue of the media and where the focus fell after the publication of Our Stolen Future.
