Why I joined the fandom: ok so one day i was just scrolling through tumblr and i found a gifset of mihashi making his classic little bird face and i was like wtf hes so cute and i decided i wanted to watch it sometime soon

howEVER i didnt know the name of oofuri when i saw that post and i forgot to reblog it and i forgot who had reblogged that post in the first place and so when i decided to watch it 3 days after i saw the post i was like ‘shit.’

i didnt know title and i had no leads (other than my memory of the gifs :Y) and so in order to find out i googled “new baseball anime 2014” or something like that because for some reason i thought oofuri was a recent anime and i searched for mihashis face in the images and soon i found out he was from oofuri :U

and thats how i fell into sports anime hell

Definitely Sollux. He doesn't wanna have to crouch to get under the damn thing.

who is the grumpiest in the morning

Generally, Sollux as well. His insomnia regularly kicks his ass, and lack of sleep doesn't make for a bright and sunny personality ready to face the day. If he can conquer it and get a good few hours in, though, he's pretty happy and Karkat's constant reluctance to wake up makes him the grumpier of the two.

who worries more when the other is sick/hurt

Karkat for sure. He's really good about resting when he needs to and squawking at Sollux when he needs something and can't do it himself. Sollux, on the other hand? The second he starts feeling even a little less shitty than he felt initially, he wants to be up and doing stuff and Karkat basically has to wrestle him back into his 'cupe. Tending to Sollux when he's sick or injured is a tough job.

who plays pranks on the other

Sollux, though they're not so much pranks as him being a little shit to get Karkat's feathers ruffled. Giving him spoilers to his novels and movies, pinching The Vantass when KK's not paying attention, etc.

who is always the first to suggest cuddling on the sofa

Karkat. Sollux is forever in denial over how much he loves/needs to cuddle, whereas KK's a snugglebug and won't hesitate to drag Sollux over to the couch for cuddles, especially if the psion's feeling blue.

who insists on creating nicknames for the other

Sollux. He's addicted to calling him KK. It's just too perfect, alright? The letter K shows up two times in Karkat's name and each K has two letters following it. Only times Sollux will call him Karkat are when he's being dead serious about something and when he's out of his skull for whatever reason.

who drools on the other when they’re asleep

Karkat. Profusely. Sollux doesn't appreciate it.

who says ‘I love you’ first

Karkat says it first and says it the most often, but that's because Sollux prefers to just show it. He was the first one to show his love, but it was misinterpreted because Sollux's way of showing love is generally to be the biggest shit on the planet to the object of his affections. He's getting better about making clearer shows of it, though. Allowing Karkat to drag him to the couch for snuggles, letting him gush and blubber over the book he's currently reading, agreeing to watch a shitty romcom with him even though he hates them unironically, stuff like that. He still loves being a shit more often than not, though.

Guess math olympics are a private school thing i gues lol. Each grade from elementary to middle school gets 2 tests (one problem solving, the other just numbers) and whoever does really good gets sent this place where they take another test versing other schools. Winners get ribbons and everyone else gets a certificate.
