Azonto All Stars Mix 🇬🇭🔥

It’s so amazing how music can inspire multiple generations!

Quick Story: So, last month I saw LeoStayTrill’s song snippet and had the idea to mix in an Azonto song (since there were similarities - beat wise)

Next thing, it went off on TikTok lmao, so due to popular demand, I extended the mix and decided to make it a tribute to the Azonto Era of 2011-16 (ish)

As a teenager & growing up in South London during this time - this era was so key in pushing african culture, music and dance trends that we still see till today.

A big shout out to everyone who contributed during this era in the U.K. - cus we had a TIME!

EGBAMI: A Short Story

I Saw this song on 17th Dec 2024 on TikTok.

Immediately, I Liked the concept, and I wanted to add it to my Live Arrangement series on Soundcloud.

I already finished the arrangement few days after I left my comment on 17/12/24, but I thought it’ll be a good idea to get in touch with the producer so I could have the vocals to make the arrangement sound more clean.

So I reached out a month later and I Got the stems.

Just under a month later, 100k+ views on TikTok and my live arrangement is officially out ❤️

I guess the moral of the story is, believe in your vision. But also believe in other people’s visions too. And most importantly, have fun with your creativity 🙂‍↔️❤️🎸
