Fridays
On fridays I have lots of options. This time I choose to ride with roller skaters and just anything on wheels yesterday through SF and I ended my night not doing the cupid shuffle. I learned the Cupid Shuffle in 5 mins, I feel stupid for not joining in on the mass cupid shuffle.

I've been listening a lot of the girs lately (well always, but more these few last weeks) and watching some of her videos, random stuff and this blog and now I see the girls a little more different like when I was a child, my favorite will be always be Geri, but I see the others now and I admire all of them for different reasons, like Emma: the voice, so cute and strong at the same time (like her image back then), Victoria: her "I don't care what you say, if I smile or I don't.. I'm going to do what I love" (and with that attitude she meets her future husband and father of her kids), Mel C: I can see that she really enjoyed been in the group, been famous and all that stuff and the group needed people like that, with that positive energy for the band even in the bad moments, Mel B: her body!!! she was the hottest spice.. we have to admite that, and also her voice, and finally the best, Geri: I mean, she is almost the favorite of everybody because of her energy, her craziness, her beauty...all! and I think that she taught us that if you can't be in a place anymore and if you need your space, you should look for that because your mental healt is very important, and look at her now, with the band again, like nothing happened, so it's ok to look for your own space to think the things that you really really want!
Well, with all this letter I just wanna say that I'll love them forever!!! and yeah, I'll be always be there :)

My favorite Spice will always be Geri, she had all the energy and when I saw her in a tv show, performances and photo magazines I always wanted to be like her, so beautiful and all and when my counsin and I were like: which spice are you gonna be?, I was like: ginger is mine! and I was like, you can't sing her stuff and she picked up baby.. and she told me same thing, you can't sing anything of hers! and I remember watching the concert "live in istanbul" in new years and watching the end, when they're all sweaty and tired, my counsin and I did the same thing that week, we played their "cassette" and we were dancing like crazy people around my room trying to be all sweaty... #goodmemories

I think that when the girls fired Simon they got stuck.. Idk how to explain it, but when the girls were working with him, they were literally the biggest group out there and when I see stuff from when they were management themselves I'm like: oh no no no. Like the concert they did with the spice boys (I didn't like it at all, they should have go out on tour with the Istanbul one), even the scenes from it sucks (full of movement), Victoria's little hair (I remember back in the day saying: she looks so mean) and well... Geri leaving the group. I know that they were working their asses off but they could have talk about it instead of fired everyone who doesn't like them anymore.

I was thinking how the girls had a lot of insecurities back in the day, like Mel C and Geri... they both had eating disorders (one in the group and the other in her solo career), and how they fight that disease and make it public, sharing with us all their inter fights and all, I think that what I'm trying to say is that they're really amazing role models no matter what others think. And now they are all moms and I have the age that they had on the group...#proudfan

I still cannot believe Emma has kept those purple boots! I was so excited to find out she had kept her infamous baby shirt from one of the concerts and now to see the purple boots make a come back too, is awesome! She wore those boots several times, but I think I know them from the Spice Girl Polaroid camera shoot the most. Ahh!! I just had to share my excitement about this!
Hello people!! well, somebody sent me yesterday this comment about baby spice and her boots and now I have this idea (another crazy idea) about making another section with your stories (and mine of course) about our girls, your comments, your experiences as a child when the girls where out there or if you are a new fan as well, all the stories that make us fans, and maybe with this we can see that we are not the only crazy fans of the spicy girls.
So, I hope you're interested in this and maybe we can see that section grow with a lot of memories.
