something about the phrase "tickled to tears" in a silly lighthearted context is so flustering,,

like, I don't like the whole "tears streaming down your face" trope, its too heavy and serious for my liking, borderlines on sadistic almost.

But the little tears you get after a good laugh?? the ones that prick at the corner of your eyes?? That as a result of tickles is SSSO CUTE AOAUGRRRGH
